2014 Budget and Annual Letter

The purpose of this article is to provide you with an update on the projected budget for 2014. Soon you will receive you annual dues letter, invoice and Pool/Sport Court access request form. Remember, dues are payable in two installments of $200 with the first being due 2/28/14 and the second due 3/31/14.  If you click the following link 2009-2014 budget overview, you can see a copy of the budget overview for 2009 to 2014.  Since we made a lot of small improvements in 2014, we are only planning one major improvement in 2014 and that is a wood deck and privacy fence adjacent to the swimming pool (if budget allows and dues are received promptly).  Please contact the board at bramlett.shoals@gmail.com if you have any questions.  If you have questions about dues and fees, please check out this page on the site regarding dues and fees.
