Q: Who do I contact about problems with the landscaping for the common areas?

Q: What is included in our landscaping contract?
Regular maintenance (mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing,trimming of shrubs, freshen pine straw and mulch once to twice a year). The common areas include the pool area, tennis court, center island on Bramlett Blvd, the area along street between Bramlett Blvd and Marta Crane Drive, the area around the subdivision sign on Marta Crane Drive and the area surrounding the “fence” on Marta Crane Drive.
