$450 per fiscal year

If you provide an email address with your payment, we will provide you with an email confirming receipt of your payment.
OTHER FEES
- Late Fee: $25.00 after April 1st and $50.00 after May 15th.
- Closing Letter Fee: If you need a closing letter, the fee for the closing letter is $100.
- Closing Letter Rush Fee: If you need a closing letter within 5 days of closing, you will be subject to a $50 rush fee. Our HOA is run by volunteers and we do not employ a property management company. Please note that the 5 day time period is based on the closing date. Also, all rush requests must be submitted by email to bramlett.shoals@gmail.com.
