This year’s annual meeting will be held on Sunday, December 7th at 7:00pm at Word Aflame Tabernacle located at 1806 New Hope Road. Agenda for this meeting will cover the election of the 2026 Board of Directors, along with volunteers for committees (Welcome/Events, Pool/Tennis, Landscape, and Architecture/Finance).
If you would like to become a member of the HOA Board, please submit your name for nomination. The Board acts as the elected representatives of the Bramlett Shoals community. To qualify, you must be a homeowner, current on HOA dues prior to Nov. 30th, in “good standing” and able and willing to attend most HOA meetings and help the Board serve the Bramlett Shoals community.
