Volunteers Needed
We’re getting ready to open the pool for the summer season and are looking for anyone who can help us powerwash the pool deck, chairs, and other general cleaning! Looking to start this the morning of Saturday, May 24th (weather permitting) around 7AM. Please reach out via email or Facebook to let us know if you’d like to help!
Property Maintenance
Spring showers have brought plenty of beautiful flowers but also caused our grass and weeds to grow like crazy! We know sometimes it’s tough to keep up with how quickly things have been growing in between the rainy days, but please make sure your property adheres to the covenants and Gwinnett County Code to avoid any unnecessary issues!
HOA Dues Reminder
The official due date of May 15th has passed, but please reach out via email, Facebook, or in person to any board member if you still need to pay your dues. These fees are how we are able to maintain our neighborhood. Cards will only be activated for those who are up to date on payments.
Our Next Open Meeting
Our spring homeowners association meeting will be held on Sunday, June 22nd at 7:00PM at the pool (weather permitting). Please talk to your neighbors about attending so we can all have a say in what happens in the neighborhood, and remind them to routinely check our Facebook page and this website for updates.
