Welcome Back, Committees!
We’ve brought back committees and are still looking for volunteers. Committees include:
- Welcome Committee – saying hello to new neighbors when they move in, explaining the neighborhood and HOA
- ACC – changes to homes, landscaping, fences, paving, etc.
- Party Planning – planning neighborhood events like the Fall Festival

When Will We Meet Again?
The next open HOA meeting will be in May before opening the pool for the season. We will have updates on everything we’ve been working on for the neighborhood. Until then, you’re always able to reach us via email or through the HOA Facebook group. We look forward to seeing everyone again in May!
