Once all paying members have received their cards, all extra and replacement cards will cost $25.00 each with a limit of 2 per household.
I understand that my Homeowners Association dues and any assessed fees (i.e. interest, late fees, attorney fees) must be paid in full before any resident of my household will receive an access card and/or be permitted to use the pool.
I understand that if I or a member of my family picks up the emergency telephone at the pool, 911 will automatically be called and a police officer will be sent to the location. Consequences will be given for false calls to 911.
I understand that the use of the pool is a privilege and not a right. As the homeowner, I am responsible and liable for the conduct and behavior of all residents listed on my access card and any guests accompanied by them while at the pool. At any time, the Homeowners Association can revoke privileges if residents of my household or a guest of my household doesn’t properly observe pool rules and policies. I understand that my access card CANNOT be used by any person(s) other than those listed on my access card form.
I understand that I have a right to challenge any homeowner for the information on their access card while at the pool. At the same time, I must surrender the information on my access card if challenged by another homeowner. As the homeowner, I am financially responsible for any property damage (to include landscaping) at the pool by residents or guests of residents at my household. Mistreatment and abuse of pool property, equipment or bathrooms, will not be tolerated. Abusive and profane language WILL NOT be tolerated at the pool at any time! I understand my pool access privileges will be revoked immediately if any guest(s) or resident of my household are using profane and/or abusive language.
