Hello Bramlett Shoals Homeowners,
The invoice for the 2019 HOA annual dues will be in your mailbox soon. The fees for 2019 will be $400.00 plus a $75.00 assessment bringing the total due to $475 for 2019. Dues are to be paid by March 31st, 2019. We will be assessing a late payment of $25.00 after April 1st, 2019. A late fee of $50.00 will be charged for payments after May 15, 2019. Homeowners that purchased the home after 2005 pay annual dues (mandatory) per covenants.
Pool opening date May 7, 2019.
