2014 Elections on 12/1 at Pool at 3:00 P.M.

I wanted to let you know that we will be holding 2014 HOA elections on 12/1/2013 at the Bramlett Shoals pool parking lot at 3:00 pm (Falcons Game Starts at 4:00 p.m).  Lets hope the weather is nice that day.  If not, please dress warmly.

Due to personal circumstances, I would like to decrease my involvement in the HOA in 2014.  I’m happy to continue in a Vice President or Secretary role if needed, but at this point, I don’t want to serve as President.  I’ve spoken to Bobby Chapman and Steve Sullivan about my desire to decrease my involvement and I’ve asked them to consider being Co-Presidents while I serve as Vice President.  If anyone else would like to step up and take a leadership role, I would welcome it for 2014.  I’m happy to continue leading communications (email, website, Facebook) since this is my background.

I think that we have accomplished a lot over the last couple of years by working together as a team to improve our neighborhood.  As a result, I feel like we are now in more of a “maintenance” mode which should make leading the association in the future a bit easier for the next person.  If you would like to put your name on the ballot for President, please let me know.
