photo.jpgWe have made quite a few improvements at the entrance to the subdivision this year.  Here is a list:

  • Installed new “Bramlett Shoals” signs.  Two on the Bramlett Blvd entrance because there are two faces and one on Marta Crane Drive.
  • Installed new 300 watt solar light to light up the sign on Marta Crane Drive.
  • Installed red mulch in all beds and created new mulch bed underneath the large tree on Bramlett Blvd entrance since we can’t get grass to grow there.
  • Contracted with TRUGREEN to take care of turf.

Remember, the entrance to our subdivision is a reflection of all the homeowners in the subdivision.  Thanks to those of you who pay your dues in a timely manner to enable us take care of the entrance and other amenities.

The entrances also look great. I hope that most of the home owners appreciate all the time and hard work that you guys have invested in making all these improvements. I am not sure that everyone is aware all of our property values benefit from these improvements. Everyone please continue to maintain all the improvements so that we can take pride in where we live.
It is sad that we still have neighbors who don’t support our neighborhood with their yearly fees.
Imagine our neighborhood with everyone’s support.. Thanks Todd for your dedication & organiztional skills.
