IMG_0312If you want access to the pool this summer and our new sport court featuring a premium basketball goal (installed on 4/16), please pay your dues if you have not already.  Once you pay your dues, please fill out the attached form to receive a copy of your 2013 access card and the codes for the pool and tennis court.  We wills start distributing access cards tomorrow to the handful of people that have filled out the rules.

We had a new gate put on the fence at the tennis court with an electronic lock identical the lock at the pool.  We are also adding a similar lock to the building at the tennis courts so that only members can turn the lights on at the courts.  As mentioned above, the new premium basketball goal was installed on 4/16.  The goal can be raised and lowered so that small children can play basketball, but soon you will need a key to be able to do this to prevent people from lowering the goal to far and possibly damaging it.  The goal should not be lowered below 8 feet in height.

To receive your access card and the codes for the gates, please do the following:

  • Click here to download a copy of the rules.
  • Read the rules carefully.
  • Fill out the form and includes the names of the residents of your home on the card.
  • Scan it and return it to bramlett.shoals@gmail.com
  • If you don’t have a scanner, email bramlett.shoals@gmail.com to make other arrangements.
  • If you don’t want to access the sport court between now and mid-May you can bring your signed form to one of two meetings or events.  The first meetings is on 5/14 at the pool and the second meeting/event is on 5/17 the day the pool opens.
  • After 5/17, please allow 3-5 days for printing and delivery of access cards.  Also note that card will only be distributed on weekends this date.

Please email bramlett.shoals@gmail.com with questions.  Thanks.
