The HOA recently contracted with TRUGREEN to provide weed and feed service for grass areas around the pool, tennis courts and front entrance. TRUGREEN expressed an interest in forming a partnership with our HOA and our homeowners by extending special pricing through their commercial services division out of the Suwanee Branch and offering to provide content for our website to help our homeowners take better care of their lawns. Robin Brady is our point person at TRUGREEN. Read below for more detail on possible discounts and Robin’s contact info:
If you are not a TRUGREEN customer, Robin is offer a discounted price per treatment for the average yard in our subdivision . If your yard is above or below average size this rate will not apply, but Robin will work with you to offer the best price that he can based on your lot size.
If you are a TRUGREEN customer in the subdivision, (there are currently 11) you may be eligible for some other services from TRUGREEN at a discounted rate (i.e. aeration). Robin can provide you with details.
