to do listHere is a list of projects for the HOA spring workday.  I realize this is an aggressive list, but if we have a good turnout we can do most of the things on the list.  Remember, this is your first chance to receive a $25 coupon for a discount off 2014 dues.  We need your help.

Tennis Courts

  1. Spray roundup in beds and kill grass in areas we want to remain natural
  2. Trim bushes/branches on edge of tree line
  3. Trench bed lines for new shrub/flower beds
  4. Install mulch border along fence row by entrance gate (below wall and to right of entrance)
  5. Install sod or mulch by shed at tennis courts
  6. Plant bushes around tree to right of court entrance
  7. Cut down small dead tree on right when entering lot
  8. Cut down brush behind courts
  9. Install self-closing hinges on shed door and punch code lock
  10. Paint house (depending on amount of help and time)
  11. Install split rail fence (depending on amount of help and time)
  12. Stain concrete wall (depending on amount of help and time)

Pool and Pool Parking Lot

  1. Spray roundup in areas where new beds will be created
  2. Create new bed between Angel’s home and pool property under trees
  3. Trench bed lines around new bed and install red mulch
  4. Move pine straw around trees adjacent to parking lot to another location and install red mulch around trees.
  5. Create pine straw or mulch bed along edge of hill to left of pool if facing entrance (trench bed line and install mulch)
  6. Paint mulch with enviro-color mulch paint to prevent us from buying more new mulch
  7. Fix wooden fence on side of pool house so that it is anchored by a 2×4 and level
  8. Install new outdoor speakers at pool because current ones are blown
  9. Put up new signage on entrance gate
  10. Weld a box around the inside handle of pool to prevent people from reaching over and opening gate.

Front Entrances

  1. Install more power outdoor light and battery at Marta Crane entrance
  2. Ensure that lights on Bramlett Blvd side are working properly
  3. Move solar powered lights from Marta Crane entrance to pool to spotlight pool entrance at night
  4. Paint mulch with enviro-color mulch paint to prevent us from buying more new mulch
  5. Put fill dirt in holes at entrance and plant sod on top of new fill dirt

If we don’t finish everything in the Spring, we will finish in the Fall.
