secretary PROF2_027Is anyone interested in stepping up to be Secretary for the HOA?  The secretary will help with the following duties:

  • Plan logistics for quarterly meetings.
  • Take notes at meetings and finalize meeting minutes.
  • Record volunteer work by keeping a list of people that do things for the association and the work that they do.
  • Schedule volunteers to assist with various duties such as opening and closing of pool in summer time.
  • Assist in developing newsletters for the Association and distributing newsletters.
  • Assist in maintaining calendar of events.
  • Assist in developing messages for outdoor message center.
