Is anyone interested in stepping up to be Secretary for the HOA? The secretary will help with the following duties:
- Plan logistics for quarterly meetings.
- Take notes at meetings and finalize meeting minutes.
- Record volunteer work by keeping a list of people that do things for the association and the work that they do.
- Schedule volunteers to assist with various duties such as opening and closing of pool in summer time.
- Assist in developing newsletters for the Association and distributing newsletters.
- Assist in maintaining calendar of events.
- Assist in developing messages for outdoor message center.
