Landscape the EntrywayThe purpose of this post is to give our work crew some advance notice for the work we will be doing on Saturday.  The list below provides a breakdown.  Feel free to bring Shovels, Rakes, Wheelbarrows, Post Hold Diggers, Weed Eaters, pressure washers, tarps and any other tools that you think you may need.  It doesn’t hurt to have a couple of tool boxes.

Please note that all are welcome to attend the work day regardless of whether or not you are a member of the association.  However, also note that working does not exempt you from paying dues if you a mandatory HOA household based on your move in date or previous participation.

Marta Crane Side Entrance – Landscaping Work

  1. Rake out rocks on Livia Crane’s side with steel rake
  2. Weed eat down or mow down dead grass inside flower bed on Peter Soto’s side but ensure that any utility lines are still marked with flags or spray paint
  3. Spread dirt on Livia Crane’s side
  4. Install sod on Livia Crane’s side
  5. Install one piece of sod on Peter’s Soto’s side where grass has sunken (may need fill dirt here)
  6. Install decorative fence on Livia Crane’s side to provide an “anchor” similar to sign
  7. Install plant materials on both sides with post hole diggers if needed
  8. Trench flower beds on both sides so the mulch will hold
  9. Install red mulch on both sides
  10. Pressure wash brick sign to remove mold/mildew and be careful not to hurt gold Bramlett Shoals letters
  11. Pressure wash curbs to remove dirt/debris

Bramlett Blvd Side Entrance – Landscaping Work

  1. Rake out bed on Oliver’s side
  2. Install red mulch on Oliver’s side
  3. Install landscape edging in center bed to hold red mulch (or dig out bed so mulch doesn’t wash out)
  4. Pressure wash brick sign to remove mold/mildew and be careful not to hurt gold Bramlett Shoals letters
  5. The lights on this side are broken but we will fix them at a later date.

Pool

  1. Attach black piece of wooden fence to iron fence
  2. Rake out pine straw and prep for red mulch installation
  3. Install red mulch in beds around pool area
  4. Put old pine straw on left hand side of pool outside gate
  5. Finish pressure washing the breezeway of pool house and the front entrance walk way
  6. Put up new security light facing pool for night time security
  7. Install spotlight on front of pool (solar powered) for night time security

Tennis courts

  1. Remove pine straw from edges tennis court and place on side of court
