The homeowners at the front of the subdivision on Marta Crane have graciously given their approval for us to install flowers and shrubs on the corner of the property so that we can have a consistent looking entryway for both the Bramlett Blvd and Marta Crane Drive entrances. Steve Sullivan our resident landscape architect has developed a plan that includes plant materials that are drought resistant and blend different colors. You can view a copy of the plan by clicking here. Please note that this plan is subject to change based on the location of underground wiring as marked by the call before you dig office.
Our current plan is to install the plant materials and red mulch on May 12, 2012. Please plan to join the crew on this date. We hope to see you there.
Finally, our new landscape company is going to begin taking care of the turf at the front of the subdivision including mowing, edging and weed eating. The board would like to thank the homeowners at the front entrance for allowing us to assist them since the entrance is a representation of all homeowners in the subdivision.
