The board recently emailed out the minutes from our March 13 HOA meeting. These minutes outlined the HOA objectives for 2012. Click here to view the minutes.
Here are the objectives for 2012:
- Maintain open communications with homeowners. We send out more frequent communications by email and on Facebook so if this newsletter is not frequent enough for you, please send us your email address.
- Invest in landscaping at entryways since they are a representation of all homeowners
- Protect HOA assets including the pool and tennis courts by limiting access to members only.
- Reduce utility expenses (power, water, phone, etc…) as much as possible.
- Implement liens on homeowners who do not pay dues and engage law firm for collections to grow revenue.
Please pay your dues to help us reach our objectives and operate in the black for 2012.
