The board has developed an updated budget plan for 2012 that focuses more dollars on landscaping the entryway and less on pool security (i.e. new lock) so that everyone can visually see the changes we are implementing. Our entryway is a representation of everyone in the subdivision and not just the people who happen to live there. The burden of caring for the entryway should not fall on their shoulders.
Soon you will receive an updated budget overview including participation numbers. To date only 35 of the 67 homeowners that are supposed to pay dues have submitted their payment. We need your help to pay dues and ensure maximum participation so that we can make improvements to landscaping and other areas. To make our budget plan for 2012, we need as many people as possible to pay their dues. Please pay your dues soon to ensure that our HOA has enough money to operate for 2012 and avoid late fees.
All dues were to be paid by the end of March; therefore, if you have not paid you are late. According to neighborhood covenants, the association may charge an 18% late fee equal to $72 for all homeowners who miss the deadline. Homeowners who do not pay by May 15, will be assessed the late fee.
