- To maintain the value of your home in our tough economy. Studies show the neighborhoods that are maintained well and offer nice amenities (pool, tennis courts) are more likely to retain their values long-term because they are more attractive to prospective buyers.
- To vote on association business.
- To help cover the costs of maintaining our great neighborhood.
- To gain access to our common areas.
